When we reply

We read messages Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm UK time, excluding English bank holidays. Most enquiries are answered within one working day; a shade or sourcing question may take a little longer, because it is being answered properly.

Consultations

Consultations and Atelier appointments are arranged by prior booking. Request one through the consultation page, or email client care and we will send you the available times.

Visiting us

The address above is our correspondence address. Consultations, fittings and collections take place at our studio by prior appointment — please arrange any visit with us in advance and we will confirm the location.
